about Bridgett

bperryBridgett Perry, Life Coach

As a coach, I have found it an privilege to guide others as they re-examine their lives. It often starts when life blows us a sucker punch… the painful loss and grief of a relationship, job, health, home, death of a loved one. We pick ourselves up and realize life doesn’t always return back to where it has been. My most recent punch was with a cancer diagnosis that they told me was treatable but not curable. I found myself stripped of my daily routines, patterns, and identities. It was time to re-examine my life. The process has been invaluable to help me become more aware of my choices and to push myself into action. If it’s time to re-examine your life, I would be honored to be your guide.

Tapping into my 30 years as an educator, I have coached literally hundreds of people to make their lives more manageable.  My coaching strategies help people to create their OWN systems for staying organized, focused, and successful with their goals. My expert guidance can help you to assess what you want and need. I know the questions to ask of you, enabling you to improve and enhance your experiences at work, school, and home. Whether you need a simple non-technical approach or want to incorporate your smart phone, tablet or computer, the choice is yours. – together we will shape your plan and implement your new personalized solution.

I hold a certificate in coaching from the School of Coaching Mastery, along with a Master’s in Education, and an Educational Specialist Instruction Credential. I have over 30 years of community service as a mentor, leader, trainer, consultant, professor, and education specialist supporting children and adults with disabilities.

By the way, I have personally used coaching for over 20 years. It has been an invaluable structure for me to sort through my values, life skills, and dreams. Coaching has given me the courage to explore a life beyond what I thought possible.

I currently live in the country, surrounded by trees and woodland creatures in upstate New York. I live with my wife of 21 years, two cats, our loyal Cocker Spaniel. Life is good.
